A mix of spices and herbs for seasoning and adding that unforgettable flavour to your steaks & burgers. It does exactly what it says on the pack however this product is extremely versatile. This combination of herbs and spices can be added to any meal, its simply to your taste, however we do recommend beef.

Preparation:

Shake bag or mix product thoroughly before use. Brush steak with a light layer of olive oil and sprinkle/rub 1 teaspoon of Steak Mate all over the steak. Leave to rest to bring up to room temperature before cooking.

Cooking:

For most succulent results we suggest grilling or cooking on a griddle or a heavy based pan which has been brought up to searing temperature.

Approx. times for searing per side:

Rare/Medium - 1 to 2 minutes

Medium - 3 minutes

Well Done - 5 minutes

It is very important to leave steak to rest before serving.

To make your very own, home made, great tasting, out of this world and mouth watering burgers:

Simply add 3 tablespoons of Steak Mate to 1KG of beef mince. Weigh out desired burger size, and cook! Simple
