Breast Enhancer is a combination of dry spices for use on Chicken which will also lift the taste of any light meat and give a warm, aromatic flavour.

Perfect for use on whole Chickens, Chicken Breasts, Diced Chicken, Chicken Wings, Chicken Thighs, Chicken Drumsticks and basically anything Chicken!


Generously massage and rub into all parts of the Chicken ensuring you get into every nook and cranny and even under the skin to penetrate the meat with flavour.

Tip - Rub your Chicken from anything up to 12 hours before cooking to allow the meat to fully absorb the flavours.


Times and temperature will vary dependent on preferred cooking method. For slow cooking a whole chicken in a conventional oven allow 2-3 hours (bird size dependent) at 120°C. For fan ovens reduce temperature to 110°C. Always use a meat thermometer to check when the meat is cooked and ready to serve. Safe minimum internal temperature for Chicken is 74°C.
