A mix of spices, herbs and seasoning for Lamb.

Although this product is extremely versatile and can even be used to season your shepherds pie. Here is our 'low & slow' way of cooking the perfect shoulder of Lamb:

Use 1 tablespoon of Lamb'N Season per pound of meat and rub all over the lamb. Leave to rest and bring up to room temperature before cooking.

Place the lamb in a pre heated oven at 220°c or 200°c for a fan oven and cook on this temperature for 30 minutes. Turn the oven temperature down to 110°c and continue cooking for a further 40 to 50 minutes per pound.

NB. For safe cooking and desired preference use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the lamb as follows:

Rare 60°c / Medium 71°c / Well Done 75°c

When the internal temperature reaches the desired level remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before serving.
